• All number plates are custom-made to order.

• Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and manufacturing.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).

• You can use this to track your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Issues

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

• If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery so we can assist.
